This approach is strengthening the technical skills of students also.

The curriculum of every PGDM program is constantly updated by industry experts and team of highly qualified faculty to meet the dynamic needs of industry and academia.

3I's stands for Industry-Institute-Interface. This unique initiative is a radically new approach towards management education and has shown outstanding results. Interface takes place in the form of industrial visits, industry summer and winter internships and corporate guest lectures. This helps in encouraging a healthy

relationship between the industry and academia through a mutual exchange of practical and theoretical aspects of management knowledge.

3I initiative is helping students to become more industry-specific by maintaining regular interactions with the industry people and other big business organizations.

The PGDM programs offered by the institute are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education, Government of India. The programs are designed in such a way that they are reviving the management education with a sole purpose of preparing corporate leaders to fit in the business environment of corporate world.

Post Graduation Diploma in Management (PGDM)

A Two Year Full-Time PGDM program (approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India)

PGDM program stresses on understanding the independent nature of organizational dynamics and its managerial implications. It helps students to acquire conceptual and analytical abilities to take appropriate decisions and their effective implementation. It equips students to hold responsible positions in industry, trade, commerce and other services.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Marketing) - PGDM (MKT)

The program is spread over a period of two years and is divided into six terms.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Banking & Financial Services) - PGDM (BFS)

The program is a two year full time program and is divided into six terms.

The program focuses on developing quality bankers through a carefully designed curriculum to teach the most modern finance and accounting methods. It further helps in building high level of competence in finance and accounting skills.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management International Business - PGDM (IB)

The program is spread over a period of two years and is divided into six terms.

The program particularly focuses on imparting knowledge to students relating to several aspects of management and addresses itself to the growth of a company’s business - be it national or international.

It teaches students the integration of the Indian economy and businesses with the global environment. The program sensitizes students to respond to different business ethics.

Annual BT-MDRA Survey 2017 among top 100 B Schools in placement performance has ranked AIM "22nd" with 180.9 placement score out of 250 which is really commendable. Whereas quality of placement is remarkable with outstanding 151.5 score out of 185.7.

Foreign Exchange Programs

AIM is categorically working in promoting international education through faculty exchange programs, student exchange programs, joint research programs, twinning programs and externally funded consultancy programs.
