Dr. S. B. Sengupta

PhD(Business Management), MBA(HRM), Diploma in Training & Development, Certificate in Labour Laws, Certificate in Interviewing Technique.
He has over 23 years experience of managing Human Resource, which involved work in areas of-recruitment, selection, placement, training and development, preparation,implementation and evaluation of training programmes, manpower planning,employee discipline, development of communications skills etc. He also has over 17 years of teaching and research experience. He has taught in various educational and training institutes including some prestigious management institutes. His current areas of interest are - Organizational Development, HRD, Change Management, Performance Management and Labour Laws."

He is having more than 11 years of experience in research, teaching and consultancy in the area of OB & HRM. He has conducted MDP for various organization like Kirloskar Oil Enginers, Pune Shapoorji and Palanji Constrruction Limited, Mumbai Ashok Leyland, Hosur. His current area of interest is Behavioural Research in Organization, Human Resource Development, Personal Growth and Organisational Development.

Ms. Tulika Chandra

She has over nine years of research and teaching experience in the area of English Language Teaching, Communication and Language Acquisition.She has taught in a prestigeous college and has also been visiting faculty in various educational institutes.Her current area of interest is in English for Specific Purposes (specially English in professional courses),Language Acquisition,Phonological Development, Phonetics and Language Skills.

Dr.Ambika Sharma

She has over 15 years experience in research, training and teaching. She has done B.A with hons. in English. She topped in Meerut University in M.A with record 70% marks. She has done M.Phil and Ph.D and her research dissertation is on comparative literature. Her current area of interest is understanding cross cultural communication.

Ms. Neha Suri

She is a postgraduate in psychology from the University of Delhi with specialization in organizational behavior/HR (2006 batch). She has done her graduation from Indraprastha College (Delhi University) BA (hons) psychology with OB/HR as specialization (2004 batch). She has been with Defence Institute of Psychological Research for a project. She has around 10 months of experience in corporate HR. Currently she is persuing diploma in training and Development from the Indian Society for training and Development.
