The prospectus & application fees are not refundable under any circumstances. The name and the code of the programme chosen should be clearly written on the envelope enclosing the demand draft, and also the envelope containing the application form. The last date for receiving the Application form shall be intimated by the Admission Office.

  • The fee has to be paid prior to commencement of each term.
  • A refundable security deposit shall have to be deposited at the time of admission in     addition to the basic fee shown above. The refundable security deposit is Rs. 5,000/-     for General Candidates and Rs. 10,000/- for Sponsored candidates.
  • Demand Draft / Pay Order shall be drawn in favour of “ Asia-Pacific Institute of     Management”, payable at New Delhi
  • The security deposit shall be refundable only after the end of the programme after     adjusting dues, if any. In case of withdrawal from the programme at any point before     completion, the security deposit shall not be refunded, till the formal end of the     particular programme. However, AIM may in exceptional circumstances and at its own     discretion, decide to allow such refund.
  • AIM shall comply with AICTE guidelines for refund of fees collected from candidates.
  • AIM reserves the right to change the quantum of fees at any time without assigning     any reason therefor.
  Boarding Charges & Mess Charges
Non A/C Room Total : Rs.80,000/- per annum
A/C Room Total : Rs.1,00,000/- per annum
  In addition, a sub-meter will be provided separately to those using A/C rooms and the actual bills as per the A/C usage has to be paid. In case of default in the monthly A/C bill the services of A/C would be disconnected.
  • The hostel fee must be paid prior to the commencement of academic session.
  • Fees is non transferable.
  • Any student registered for availing the hostel accommodation who does not join the     programme shall forfeit the registration charges paid.
  • Any Student withdrawing from the programme and the hostel after the registration     process shall forfeit the hostel fee paid.
  • Any Student continuing in the programme but who is desirous of withdrawing from the     hostel, may be permitted to do so by the competent authority. In such cases, refund of     hostel fee, partial or otherwise, may be permitted by the competent on case to case     basis.
  • Mess charges include vegetarian food, breakfast and dinner only. Lunch is provided     only on Sundays & holidays.During class days students can use Institute cafeteria for     lunch on payment basis / make own arrangements.
  • Non vegetarian food and special vegetarian food will be provided only once in a week
  • Boarding: The hostel provides mattress, pillow, table and chair only. Students have to     make their own arrangements for bedsheet, blanket and other utilities.
  • A/C buses facilities available from hostel to institute and back from institute to hostel     only on working days.
  • Payment is always in advance every year. The above fee is for year 2010-11 only.     Management reserves right to revise fee during 2010-11, if required
