Further, we have made major investments in our Library and Computer Lab. Our library is reckoned to be one of the best amongst B-Schools in NCR.
Our industry interface is strong and multi-layered. Asia-Pacific’s Centre for Corporate Relations (CCR) arranges speakers from the industry, participation by industry experts in the admission process, live projects, summer internship, students’ visits to industry and of course placements.
We constantly elicit feedback from industry professionals after every interaction they have with our students and this valuable feedback is then channeled into initiatives to equip our students with the requisite knowledge and skill-set. Centre for Enhancement of Management Skills (CEMS) is one such initiative which focuses on enhancing students’ language fluency, communication abilities, business etiquette and other soft skills..
As a result of this approach, we are able to bring so many reputed companies every year to Asia-Pacific Institute of Management for placements. In the last placement season, 63 companies from across verticals visited our campus for recruitment.
During the last placement season, for our 2007-09 batch consisting of 120 students, there were 131 offers (individual student data is published on our website). Asia-Pacific has consistently done well on the placement front. Excellence means doing well whether times are good or bad!
