PMI UK and Asia-Pacific Institute of Management conducts workshop for 150 senior managers at Asia Pacific Institute of Management
A one day workshop on ‘Project Management-Structuring Projects for Success’ was organized by Project Management Institute (UK) on September 1, 2012 at AIM. Over 150 senior managers benefitted from the deliberations during the workshop.
Over 200 participants attended the seminar from various organizations and the seminar was presented by the industry experts from the field of Project Management.
The objective of the seminar was to enhance basic knowledge of participants in the what, why, when and how of project management. The workshop was an intensive hands-on session which helped develop understanding of project appraisal methods, planning and scheduling tools and techniques, financial analysis and evolution of projects and effective project team building strategies.
The seminar was a part of the Industry Interactive Initiative taken up by the Takshila- The MDP Centre of Excellence, at Asia Pacific Institute of Management, Delhi.
