He has expertise in income taxation, D Vat, company related matters like incorporation of company auditing, management consultancy and financial consulting. Mokshda Bhushan Communications, Soft Skills and French Trainer, CMSE LLB (London School of Economics, UK), M.A. Law (Univ. d’Aix-Marseille III, France), Bar-at-Law ( Mauritius), Diploma in French Language ( Alliance Francaise, Mauritius), PGD Corporate Laws & PGD Cyber Laws ( Amity Law School, India) Ms Mokshda Bhushan has an excellent and diverse academic background as well as a rich blend of legal and training skills, spanning over 10 years. She is a qualified advocate from Mauritius and has worked as Defense Counsel, Prosecuting Counsel and District Magistrate in Mauritius. She has also followed short legal training courses with top law chambers in UK and France. She has always been involved in teaching and training. She has been teaching various subjects like property law, contract law, tort laws, business laws, French & English languages and Business Communications at various Universities, legal and management institutes, in Mauritius and in India. She has also worked as a Language and Corporate Trainer as well as a Technical Translator for the past 3 years in the IT sector. Naresh Kumar Chief Warden He has served the Indian Army for 30 yrs. Prior to this assignment he was with Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology as Chief Warden.
