Work Experience

• Rajesh Sikka has over three decades of experience in multiple domains managing business  and complex operations, including supply chain management. He has expertise in formulating  and executing strategies for efficient Operations and Supply Chain Management in multiple  industries like ICT, Hi-Tech, IT Services, Offshoring, Automotive and Hospitality industries.
• Rajesh Sikka has worked in leading global companies including Ericsson, Maruti Suzuki etc.  managing Operations and Supply Chain Management. Rajesh has helped global companies  set up operations in India. Along with such wide corporate experience in senior management  roles, Rajesh has excellent academic credentials. He has done Ph.D. in Management from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi  College of Engineering, and Masters in International Business. He is also a Cost and  Management Accountant from Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
