Research and Business Applications | 18–19 December 2026
A two-day, online, hands-on Faculty Development Programme (FDP) organised by Asia-Pacific Institute of Management (AIM), New Delhi.

About the Programme
Discover how Generative Artificial Intelligence can support research, management decision-making and contemporary teaching. This interactive FDP introduces practical use of ChatGPT and Claude for framing effective prompts, interpreting data, developing business cases and supporting research workflows. Participants will see how AI-assisted Python can be used to execute analytical functions and explore Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) outputs.
The emphasis is on applied learning—not on developing AI algorithms. Through guided demonstrations and practical examples across Human Resources, Finance, Operations and Marketing, faculty members and researchers can connect classroom learning with industry-oriented analytical practice. AI-generated analysis and interpretations will be checked for statistical validity and research integrity.
