Dr. Sonali Chopra is a dedicated researcher and academic in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. She earned her Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Jamia Hamdard, where her research focused on “Predicting and Analyzing Mental Health Issues using Artificial Intelligence,” reflecting her commitment to leveraging technology for societal well-being.
She was a Research Scholar under the prestigious Visvesvaraya Scheme for Electronics and IT, supported by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. Her research work integrates advanced AI techniques with real-world applications, particularly in healthcare and mental health analytics.
In March 2026, Dr. Chopra joined the Asia Pacific Institute of Management (AIM) as a Research Associate, where she continues to contribute to academic research and innovation in AI/ML.
She completed her Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in 2021 from Manav Rachna Institute of Research and Studies, and holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from Jamia Hamdard (2019). Early in her career, she gained professional experience working in the non-teaching department at Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU), which helped build a strong foundation in administrative and institutional operations.
