The international program, MBA in Healthcare Management, of RUDN University, Moscow, in collaboration with Asia-Pacific Institute of Management is designed in such a way that after students complete their first three semesters at AIM campus, they move to RUDN campus, for their fourth semester. Students of batch 2018-20, after having successfully completed their third semester at AIM campus, went to RUDN University campus, for their fourth semester.
They departed from India along with Dr. Shefali Srivastava (Chairperson- International Linkages) on 6th March 2020.
The official induction was organized by the Institute of Medicine, RUDN University, on 10th of March. The students were welcomed by Prof. Anna (Head of the Department, Public Health and Hygiene, Institute of Medicine, RUDN University) and Prof. Kaverina (Program coordinator - MBA Healthcare in Management, Institute of Medicine, RUDN University). The induction program started with the brief introduction of the students as well as the department’s faculty members. A brief session was taken by Prof. Kaverina where she described the rules and regulations of the campus. She also explained to the students how they can access the e-resources of the institute. Further, Prof. Anna shared about the allocation of the supervisors for the research project. All the students were allocated supervisors as per their research interest. Later, Prof. Yulia (Deputy Director International Affairs Institute of Medicine, RUDN University) joined the induction program and welcomed the students. Finally, Prof. Abramov – Director, Institute of Medicine, RUDN University welcomed the students and shared his wisdom with the students. Prof. Abramov’s session was a highly motivating and enriching experience for the students. After his session, students were taken for the campus tour by Prof. Kaverina. After this, the students were very excited and were looking forward to their entire semester abroad (till June, 2020).
