Alumni meets are always a worthy occasion for the passed out students, where they can take a pause and remember the golden past. They can connect with the alma mater and share the richness of their journey. The Annual Alumni Meet of Asia-pacific Institute of Management proved to be the productive session, where current students get a chance to interact with passed out students. The meet was held at AIM Campus, New Delhi. AIM has a good thick network of more than 6720 plus alumni. "
The entire place was beautifully decorated. To further weave in more colours to the evening, the institute had arranged several events such as dance, drama and theater. The 2nd year students took the opportunity to connect with their alumni and explored the possibilities of placements within the originations they were working in.
All-in-all, the evening resulted in some rich experiences in the form of sharing of reminiscent times, new networks built, rich experience shared and a lot of appreciation showered by the alumni to the current AIM PGDM batch for such an exemplary event management. The all-pervasive feeling of the occasion could be summarized in this one quote - "Education is what survives, after you've forgotten what you memorized."
