Admission Process at Asia Pacific Institute of Management, Jasola – New Delhi

The admission process for the two-year MBA and PGDM programs at AIM is designed to be transparent, merit-based, and student-friendly.
Candidates are evaluated on their academic background, aptitude test scores, communication skills, and overall managerial potential.

  Stage 01

  Applying for Your Course

  Begin your AIM journey by filling out the online application form available on the official website.
  Applicants must:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (final-year students may also apply).
  • Possess a valid score in any one of the following exams: CAT / XAT / CMAT / MAT / GMAT / ATMA.

  Ensure that all information is entered accurately to avoid delays or rejection during verification.

  Stage 02

  Shortlisting as per Criteria

  Once the application is reviewed, shortlisted candidates are invited to participate in the selection process, which includes a:

  • Group Discussion (GD)
  • Personal Interview (PI)

  Performance in these rounds, along with entrance test scores and academic records, determines the final shortlist.

  Stage 03

  Registration & Fee Payment

  Selected candidates will receive an offer letter confirming admission. To secure their seat, candidates must:

  • Pay a registration fee of ₹ 1,200 using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking through AIM’s secure payment gateway.
  • Complete the admission formalities within the stipulated timeline mentioned in the offer letter.

Offline Mode

While AIM’s admission process is fully digital—from application to fee payment—students who prefer in-person assistance can complete the process offline by visiting the Admissions Office at AIM, Jasola, New Delhi.
