**This is refundable only in the event of ISM Germany rejecting the candidate’s profile and will only be refunded in that case. The rejection may arise due to various reasons. We will communicate with the candidate.

Important Notes
- Fees payable to ISM Germany are payable directly to ISM against official invoices
- Fees payable to AIM (India) are payable in INR.
- Living expenses in Germany (approx. €900–€1,200 per month inclusive of hostel/accommodation, food and daily expenses) are not included in the academic fee and must be borne separately by the student.
- Hostel, accommodation, food, insurance, travel, visa, and personal expenses are not included
- Security deposit of ₹10,000 is refundable after successful completion of the programme
- Extension semester fees, if applicable, will be charged as per ISM norms

Hostel Facilities at AIM
- Twin-sharing A/C rooms with bed, mattress, table, chair, almirah, and 24×7 purified water supply.
- Mess facility includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea.
- Vegetarian meals served daily; non-vegetarian once a week.
- Students must bring their own bedding and blankets.
- Mess facility available only during the academic session.
- Hostel fee once paid is non-refundable, except as per hostel policy.
