Duplicate Grade Card/ Duplicate Certificate
5	within 5 years	Rs. 3000/- for grade card (consolidated) plus 18% GST. Postal charges within in India Rs. 200/- and outside India actual courier charges.	Scan copy of the damage grade card. 1. Copy of FIR 2. Damage copy of Grade Card (if available) 3. Affidavit (reason for loosing/missing /damage certificate).
6	After 5 Years	Rs. 4000/- for grade card (consolidated) plus 18% GST. Postal charges within in India Rs. 200/- and outside India actual courier charges plus.	Scan copy of the damage grade card. 4. LOR (Letter of Recommendation)

8	Pass out (after 5 years)	Rs. 1500/- Postal charges within in India Rs. 200/- and outside India actual courier charges plus.	Scan copy of last semester grade card both side and degree certificate copy

Note: * In case of student staying Abroad they may pay 100$ within 5 years and 200$ after 5 years pass out student.
