Mr Rath is an M Tech from IIT, Delhi and PhD (MBA) from Aligarh Muslim University. His thesis was on “Integrating Emission Reduction in the Import of LNG in Indian Energy Sector.” Recently, he worked on “Brain, Synapsis and Neurons” at AL Hebrew University, Israel and “Neuro-economics” at Higher School of Economics, Russia.
