Dr Y. Madhavi is working as Associate Professor (Marketing and HR) in Asia Pacific Institute of Management. She obtained her M.B.A. degree from S.V. University, Tirupati, in 2009 specializing in Marketing & Human Resources Management. She obtained her M.Phil degree in Management from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu in 2014. She obtained her Ph.D degree in Management from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu in 2020. She qualified APSET in 2013. She awarded gold medal for getting University first rank in Master of Laws. She had a Ratification Certificate from JNTUA in 2017.

She published many research papers in international and national conferences with Scopus Indexed. She is a life time Member of Indian Society of Training and Development (ISTD)

She is dedicated, resourceful and goal-driven professional educator with a solid commitment to the academic growth and development of every student in the class, with a more than 20 years of Teaching and Research experience, with a demonstrated history of working in higher education management industry.

She has experience of delivering Guest Lectures in various Law schools for Law graduates including Intellectual Property Rights, Business laws, Labor legislations, Company Law.

Her expertise is in Marketing, HR, Law and Research. Proficient in teaching various specializations of Business laws, Labor laws and Legislation, Intellectual Property Rights, Product and brand management, Performance Management, Research and so on.
