He has over 39 years of corporate experience in leadership positions with various public and private sector organizations covering domains like Finance, Costing, Internal Audit, Legal and Company Secretarial functions. He has dealt with Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Anti-Dumping Duty and Corporate Governance mechanisms. Mr. Gupta did his post-graduation in Commerce and Ph.D in Corporate Governance and has also acquired FCS and FCMA.
