Dr. Smita Gupta is an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Asia Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi. She holds a Ph.D. from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and brings over 6 years of academic experience in teaching, research, and institutional development.

Her research expertise lies in business ethics, whistleblowing, and organizational behavior, with a strong focus on understanding the individual and contextual factors influencing ethical decision-making in organizations. Dr. Gupta integrates advanced analytical tools such as SPSS, AMOS, and NVIVO into her research and teaching, ensuring a data-driven and practical learning approach.

In addition to her academic contributions, she actively participates in institutional responsibilities, including admissions coordination, website management, and newsletter development—supporting overall organizational growth and student engagement.
