More than 3 years in online retail Started my carrier as a management trainee from Arcus Stores (first large format store in Delhi NCR in home improvement products). Prior to this, he worked with Fashion and You India Pvt. Ltd. as an Operation Head. Before that, he was leading all INDIA Operations of Supply chain in BLACKBERRYS.

He has a network of over 800 MBO’s, 90 EBO’s & around 60 LFRS (Large format retail stores like Shoppers, LIFESTYLE, West Side…..) His specialties are Competitive analysis, Retail Operations, Inventory Management, Good quality knowledge of MS-EXCEL.To be successful in his work, he seeks customer point of view and develop solutions for the custmoer concern and problem. In addition to this he maintain and inspires a result-driven approach, focuses on results and critical performance indicators. He has developed his team and keep them motivated to achieve goals. He did his MBA in Supply Chain from Indian Institute of Management Studies.
