Pranab Kumar Mukherjee (11 December 1935 – 31 August 2020) was the 13th President of India from 2012 until 2017. He was a senior leader in the Indian National Congress. Pranab Kumar Mukherjee served with several ministerial portfolios in the Government of India. He was honoured with the Bharat Ratna, in the year 2019.
