Research Development Centre at Asia-Pacific Institute of Management
Since its establishment in 1996, Asia-Pacific Institute of Management (AIM), New Delhi, has been successfully shaping the future of its students. The research-oriented teaching pedagogy is one of the major pillars of our astounding success as a business school that offers AICTE approved PGDM programmes, namely PGDM in General Management, PGDM in Marketing Management, PGDM in International Business, and PGDM in Banking & Financial Services.
Research embodies the concepts of an in-depth, open-minded and systematic quest for knowledge. At Asia-Pacific Institute of Management, one of the most prestigious management colleges in India, we strongly believe in and encourage continuous research so that new concepts, practices, and solutions can be shared with the academicians and industry for mutual benefits. The distinguished faculty members at the management institute hold decades of academic excellence and industry experience and thus provide a conducive environment for research and innovation. Most of the faculty members hold PhDs from top colleges and universities. A few of them are also working on independent or industry-sponsored research projects. A state-of-the-art library and online journal base provide the necessary infrastructure for the vigorous pursuit of knowledge at AIM.
Here’s a quick glance at some of the research activities that regularly take place at Asia-Pacific Institute of Management, which has also been ranked alongside some of the best MBA institutes in India:
- Our faculty members regularly publish research papers in high impact journals of national and international repute.
- Asia-Pacific Journal of Management Research and Innovation is the flagship journal of the Institute which is published by Sage Publications, a prestigious International publisher.

Like other top private MBA colleges in Delhi NCR, Asia-Pacific Institute of Management encourages its students to imbibe the research spirit. In fact, the final project tends to be a research project that is undertaken by the 2nd year students, which involves highly industry oriented and well structured research work under the guidance of a faculty guide and an Industry mentor. The report submitted then has to be defended in a viva conducted by a committee of internal and external experts from industry and academia.
