Management Development Programmes / Continuous Learning
The objective of the MDP is to provide relevant upgradation to executives of all levels in the industry so that they can successfully play leadership role in their respective areas. The focus is on offering to the participants the perspectives required to continuously affect changes in the style of functioning of business enterprises.
To meet the expectations & challenges of the dynamic business environment, the managers need to continuously update their knowledge for sustenance and growth. These programmes serve the purpose of interacting and exchanging ideas with participants joining from different industries.
AIM designs customised programmes to meet the specific needs of the organisations both in private and public sectors. These programmes focus on general management as well as functional areas. The programmes can be conducted either at AIM’s campus or at the location designated by the client organisation.
Programmes of various duration & structure focus on the current areas of interest to executives at the senior, middle or junior management levels. Besides filling the ‘knowledge gaps’, attention is also paid towards building skills/enriching interaction with experienced faculty and fellow participants provide the opportunity to enhance the thinking process for improving decision-making ability.
