Dr Nikhil Kulshrestha

Dr Kulshrestha holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management, HR from Dr B R Ambedkar University, Agra. He has over 27 years of experience as an academic administrator, teacher, trainer & researcher. He also holds a PGDM-HR, MA Sociology and has worked as the Dean, NIILM Delhi; Associate Dean-UPES, Dehradun & Group Dean-Doon Business School, Dehradun. Dr Nikhil has led the core team of accreditation process of NAAC & NBA and delivered more than 200 trainings to leading Corporates, PSUs, Police department, ITI Principals, School Principals, Women & Child Welfare department etc. He has also conducted more than 20 MDPs & FDPs and presented & published more than 50 papers on National & International platforms. Dr Nikhil has developed & published 10 case studies on International platforms and is the examiner & PhD reviewer in six Universities.
